The Experience.

Train With Dom is built around a simple principle. I'm not your personal trainer — I'm your training partner. We work through the experience together. I train alongside you, I eat alongside you, and I coach you in real time as we go. The result is a level of immersion no traditional personal training arrangement can offer.

Two formats are available — the Intensive Block and the Destination Retreat. Both are designed to remove every decision from your daily life for a defined period, allowing you to focus entirely on your physical transformation while learning the principles that will sustain it long after the experience ends.

The Intensive Block

Delivered in concentrated multi-day blocks with structured gaps in between. The format begins with an initial intensive of five to seven days where the foundations are built — your training programme, your nutritional baseline, your daily routine. This is followed by a period of independent practice, then further blocks to refine progress and embed the habits.

Ideal for clients balancing existing professional commitments who want sustained transformation over weeks or months without stepping fully out of their normal life.

The Destination Retreat

A fully immersive experience at a fixed location chosen for its facilities, privacy, and atmosphere. Clients arrive, settle in, and live the programme entirely — eating, training, recovering, and learning under direct daily guidance.

Available in durations from five days to four weeks. Accommodation can be arranged through my preferred property network or selected directly by the client. This is the option for clients who want complete focus, complete privacy, and complete commitment.

Shaped around the individual.

Every engagement is shaped around the individual client. No two programmes are identical, because no two bodies, schedules, or starting points are. What every Train With Dom experience contains, however, is the same set of foundational elements — delivered in the rhythm and proportion that suits you.

Training

Every session is shared. I train alongside you, not from across the gym floor with a stopwatch. You learn to feel each muscle work, to judge weight selection, to distinguish productive fatigue from wasted effort. Programming is built around your physique, your history, and your goals.

Nutrition

Real food, prepared and shared together. You learn what to eat, why, and in what quantity — not from a printed meal plan, but through lived practice. We cook, we eat out, we navigate menus, we shop for ingredients. By the end of the experience, your relationship with food is rebuilt around understanding rather than restriction.

Recovery

Rest is part of the programme, not a break from it. Days without training are filled with active recovery, mobility work, and the deeper conversations about lifestyle, habits, and mindset that often define what clients remember most.

Mentorship

Beyond the physical work, this is a coaching relationship built on honesty and direct guidance. We discuss the habits that exist outside the experience — the patterns at home, the obstacles in your routine, the mindset shifts that make results sustainable. This is the part most personal trainers cannot offer because they never spend enough time with you to earn it.
