Delivered in concentrated multi-day blocks with structured gaps in between. The format begins with an initial intensive of five to seven days where the foundations are built — your training programme, your nutritional baseline, your daily routine. This is followed by a period of independent practice, then further blocks to refine progress and embed the habits.
